Mrs. Villalba has a bachelor’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Metropolitan University of Puerto Rico (2005), where she graduated with honors, and a Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law (2009). She participated on an internship at First Bancorp, Legal Division in the summer of 2008. In February 2021, she joined Weinstein-Bacal, Miller & Vega as an Of Counsel, and in September 2023, she became an associate attorney.
Mrs. Villalba acquired experience in government affairs and Federal Projects while working as General Supervisor for a Federal Program, supervised by the Sports and Recreation Department of Puerto Rico and the Housing Department of Puerto Rico. Her main areas of practice include, among others, money collection, contracts, administrative law, construction law, code enforcement, litigation, trademarks, and permits.
A member of the Puerto Rico bar (2010), Mrs. Villalba is admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. Mrs. Villalba is also admitted to practice the notarial profession in Puerto Rico (2013).
She is the mother of a young son.
